1. Introduction

Maintaining multiple accounts (whether under the same or different details) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any related balances. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a password chosen by the player.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. Do not share your password with any third party.
• You must notify zk777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• All activity conducted through your account while your credentials remain uncompromised is your responsibility. zk777 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and the holding of balances pending resolution.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Conditions

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement.
• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad and Rocket are ordinarily processed within 15 to 30 minutes during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or where verification is required.
• zk777 may withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification. Any balance subject to an active bonus wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the rollover condition is satisfied.
• Suspected fraudulent withdrawals or withdrawals inconsistent with a player's deposit pattern may be delayed pending investigation. zk777 will communicate the reason for any such delay to the affected player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

zk777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each offer. zk777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers. zk777 does not influence, alter, or override game outcomes under any circumstances.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, the game will resume from its last confirmed state once connectivity is restored. If a round was completed before disconnection, the result stands as recorded by the game server.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, glitches, or bugs in the platform or its games for financial gain.

zk777 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where we are legally required to report account activity, we will do so without prior notice to the account holder.

8. Responsible Gaming
